The holiday house is a private house with terrace and garden, and stands next to the B&B. There is a spacious living room with kitchen and doors to the terrace, 2 bedrooms and a vide with a third bed, and has 2 bathrooms.

The Villa capacity is limited to 5 people. Kids from 6 or above are included the reservation.The number of people specified in the reservation is considered as the basis for accommodation and excess capacity is not allowed. Notification to the villa operator or owner is mandatory when accepting guests from outside. The hirer is responsible for all inconvenience and problems that may arise from such situations.
The entrance time of the units is 3 pm in the afternoon and the exit time is 10 am in the morning at the latest. It is made ready for the next guest by performing the necessary cleaning and disinfection in the meantime.
Pets are accepted in our units if notified in advance. We charge 25 euro extra cost for this service per day.
During the winter period, a daily heating fee of 12 euros is added to the accommodation fee.
