Our apartments are in the form of 1 bedroom living room + kitchen and 1 bathroom and can accommodate 2 people in the bedrooms and 1 person in the living room sofa, in total 3 people and 1 baby. In order for you to experience the comfort of home and to meet your requirements, all the details are considered and all items are designed in a very modern concept and presented to your service.
You can enjoy your breakfast in the garden or balcony of each flat and sunbathe in the swimming pool and breathe in the first magnificent energy of the day and start the day magnificently.

The Villa capacity is limited to 3 people. Kids from 6 or above are included the reservation.The number of people specified in the reservation is considered as the basis for accommodation and excess capacity is not allowed. Notification to the villa operator or owner is mandatory when accepting guests from outside. The hirer is responsible for all inconvenience and problems that may arise from such situations.
The entrance time of the units is 3 pm in the afternoon and the exit time is 10 am in the morning at the latest. It is made ready for the next guest by performing the necessary cleaning and disinfection in the meantime.
We ask a deposit for any problems that may occur this includes , the use of the property, equipment or the building outside of its purpose, etc. In order to compensate for any damages that may occur, an extra 1-day deposit fee is charged before you enter the villa. If there is no damage to the villa you rented, the deposit, electricity and water expenses are calculated and the remaining amount is returned to our guest upon departure.
The guests will act in accordance with the general respect and neighborhood rules towards those living in the villas and residences around the villa and will avoid any disturbing behavior and noise. In addition, they will not take part in any activity that is illegal. The guest is also responsible for possible accidents, damages and illegal activities arising from his / her own faults and behaviors in the rented residence during the stay and other individuals staying in the residence.
The guests agree to present a valid identity document, including infants and children, in accordance with the provisions of the Identity Reporting Law No. 1774 and undertake that the information they provide is correct and complete.
A cleaning fee is collected at the entrance of the guest for one time only. The cleaning fee to be requested during the stay of our guests is subject to an extra fee.
Electricity and Water Consumption is not included in the accommodation fee and will be paid by the guest. As the guest arrives, the fuse box is checked under the supervision of the guest. When the guest leaves the fuse box is checked again and the price is calculated on the current prices tariffs.Pool and Turkish bath heating option is done with the approval of our guest.

Electricity and water costs are extra and you pay as much as you use . The fuse box is read on check-in and check-out dates, the difference is calculated and deducted from the deposit given.
