The Villa capacity is limited to 2 people. Kids from 6 or above are included the reservation.The number of people specified in the reservation is considered as the basis for accommodation and excess capacity is not allowed. Notification to the villa operator or owner is mandatory when accepting guests from outside. The hirer is responsible for all inconvenience and problems that may arise from such situations.
The entrance time of the units is 3 pm in the afternoon and the exit time is 10 am in the morning at the latest. It is made ready for the next guest by performing the necessary cleaning and disinfection in the meantime.
A cleaning fee is collected at the entrance of the guest for one time only. The cleaning fee to be requested during the stay of our guests is subject to an extra fee.
Pool maintenance and cleaning works are carried out periodically by the authorized officer and our guests are obliged to comply with the pool usage rules at the pool and the savety of the children is entirely the responsibility of their parents. Pool usage hours are between 08.00 and 23.00.
During the winter period, a daily heating fee of 12 euros is added to the accommodation fee.
Pets are accepted.
